Awesome - the last trimester during summer... :) Duffbert, I think people know not to mess with a pregnant woman! But there was this couples baby shower I went to where they played "Guess the Girth"!!
You're looking good! Hope you're feeling good as well. I'm just about a month behind you - with twins.
Being that I "work" with Jess on some projects, I am very aware that I don't want to self-inflict any wounds... You notice I didn't add a caption myself. :)
I think instead of a caption contest, we should have a naming contest. I mean, a pair of Gen X'ers who still play RPGs, have D20 jewelry, spend vacations at Lotusphere, race a mini, have movie Tourettes and a dog named Reboot -- what the HELL are they going to name a kid?
What will they name their son? Can't be Tasslehoff, 'cause there's only one Hoff. Would they dare for Inigo or stick with the more prosaic but double-entendre of Wesley?
Or a daughter? Valentine? Hermione? Or do they caution to the wind and name her Friday?
Some might say "but they've already picked a name." And to that I reply NO MATTER!!! WE SHALL HAVE A CONTEST ANYWAY!!!
So c'mon people, that's WAY more fun that naming the big round belly.... name what's inside it!!!

Hmm, that is indeed a challenge. I nearly used Elanor for a girl myself (for shame if you don't know why), and I probably would if I had another (which seems unlikely now), but a boy is harder. Perhaps Mithril or Zaphod...

@Jackie - OMG, twins! Congrats!! I have NO idea how you do it, my hats off to you. It's weird enough with one strange person doing things to my insides, I could never believe what two could do!

Atreyu, lol. When we took Reboot to puppy classes, there was a little white dog named Falcor, and we struck up a conversation with the lady about how that was one of our favorite movies, and I always wanted a luck dragon when I was a kid. She said that we were pretty much the first people who ever got the reference. Sigh. :-)
Thanks! Also being a two geek family, we just figured we'd aim for top efficiency - two for the hassle of one. ;) Now we just have to break the news to the cat!
Jess, You look great! I look at your picture and think, 'oh my, that was SO long ago' (for me). But you never forget. You just look at your college graduate and say 'damn I'm old'.
Yep... for someone who got themselves "in trouble" you look great.
I was just wandering over to see where you were in the pregnancy... and lo' and behold, there's a photo to show me. You look great!
I had an August baby also, and I remember sitting out in the sun on occasion, lathering on the sunscreen and thinking, "I must look like a baked potato in this lawn chair!"
